1967 Lotus Elan 1967 Lotus Elan S3 restored

Gorgeous fully restored 1967 Lotus Elan S3, serial number 45-6366. Lovingly restored and completed 2013, with fewer than 1,000 miles since. Car was stripped down to the last nut and bolt. Engine, transmission, and rear end were completely rebuilt. Frame cleaned, sandblasted, repaired as needed, and powder coated. Completely new suspension. Wiring changed to a negative ground. Replaced oil pump for a newer style to use spin-on-type filter. Engine dyno test produced approx. 145 horsepower.
