1967 Chevrolet Chevelle

I have up for auction my 1967 Chevelle Super Sport resto mod. This car is a true SS with the 138 VIN and I believe it has only 94,492 original miles. This car was purchased by a buddy of mine when we were in the Marines in the early 90’s.

This car is driven in nice weather and there is most likely a small road chip or two but it otherwise looks outstanding. There is a small scratch down low on the driver’s door. I’ve been reluctant to do anything about it because I’m not sure how much I trust touch up paint.

The intake is an Edelbrock Performer RPM Air Gap and I run a custom tuned Holley 850 double pumper with mechanical secondary’s. Ignition is handled by an MSD 6AL box and an MSD ready to run distributor. The exhaust consists of a set of Hooker ceramic coated full length headers to a complete 3″ stainless steel mandrel bent system with Black Widow Venom 250 mufflers.

Since it’s just a weekend cruiser there was no real need to go nuts with the suspension. I did want the car to stop well so I went with 4 wheel disc brakes. The wheels and tires are 17″ Boyd Coddington Junkyard Dogs with 235/50/17 on the front and 255/50/17 on the rear.
